Steve has been in the industry for over 25 years, having previously being Customer Experience Director responsible for F&I, training and the customer contact centre at Pendragon, Steve is now the Group Sales Director at Vertu Motors. Steve has been at Vertu for over 6 years, with the responsibility for the customer journey (Online / Offline) F&I, Compliance and the Central Sales Services.

Steve has also worked closely with the FCA in his role as Chairman of the NFDA F&I Working Group. And if Compliance and F&I wasn’t tough enough at the moment he is also a Nottm Forest fan.
