No children are permitted at the event.

Guide dogs only are permitted at the event. Please notify atma.hyett@emap.com where at all possible if arrangements for a guide dog are required.

Silverstone has 12 Papilio3 charging points at the back of the paddock by the Wing, which can be used at a first come, first served basis.

Payment for use of these charging points can be made via the Fuuse App, or by scanning a QR code on the charge point screen on site.

The fees are £0.60/kWh.

The Wing is fully accessible, with lifts reaching all levels.

Simply add a session to your personal schedule by clicking the star (☆) icon on the right hand side of the session you'd be interested in listening to. 

You can also select all the sessions you'd like to attend at once using the checkboxes, and then clicking the download icon to keep a track of all of them.

Either of these will allow you to set yourself a plan for the day and stay on top of all the necessary on-the-day information!

The Hilton which guests will enter the event through has disabled parking spaces outside the building, as well as a ramp to access the hotel.

Free of charge access to the event is for UK dealerships only. Your request has been denied as we have discovered your company is not a dealership. If you wish to discuss this decision further, please contact klaudia.wyderska@emap.com.

Suppliers are welcome to attend the event and are able to purchase a ticket online. Those who are an advertiser with Motor Trader can benefit from discounted rates for attendance.

Once your ticket has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Ahead of the event, you will be sent joining instructions and our ‘Essential Guide’ via email, which will provide all of the information you will require for accessing the venue and arriving at the event.

You will be able to collect your delegate badge onsite at the registration desk on the day of the event, 17 October.

Catering is available for attendees to purchase throughout the day, there will be refreshment stands in the exhibition hall.
